【摘要】:ThispartofISO21003specifiesthegeneralaspectsofmultilayerpipingsystemsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallationsinsidebuildingsfortheconveyanceofwater--whetherornotthewaterisintendedforhumanconsumption(domesticsystems)orheatingsystems--underspecifieddesignpressuresandtemperaturesappropriatetotheclassofapplication(seeTable1).ISO21003isareferenceproductstandard(see343)itisapplicabletomultilayerpipes,fittings,theirjoints,andalsotojointswithcomponentsmadeofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallations.ThispartofISO21003isintendedforuseonlyinconjunctionwithalltheotherpartsofISO21003.ISO21003appliesonlytomultilayerpipeswiththeirinnerlayermadeofplasticsItcoversarangeofserviceconditions(applicationclasses)anddesignpressures,gisnotapplicableforvaluesofdesigntemperature,TD1,maximumdesigntemperature,Tmax,andmalfunctiontemperature,Tmal,inexcessofthoseinTable1NOTEIItistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodesThepolymericmaterialsusedforthestress-designedlayersarethefollowing:polybutylene(PB),polyethyleneofraisedtemperatureresistance(PE-RT),crosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X),polypropylene(PP)andchlorinatedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-C)ThePE-Xusedshallbefullycrosslinkedandshallcomplywiththerequirementsoftherelevantreferenceproductstandard(ISO15875)NOTE2ForthepurposesefISO21OO3,cress[inkedpolyethylene(PEX)aswellasadhesivesareconsideredasthermoplasticmaterialsSolid-wallpipeswiththinouterlayers(appliedasprotectionlayersorbarrierlayers,forinstance)arenotcoveredbyISO21003butarespecifiedintheAmendmentstoISO15874-2,ISO15875-2andISO15876-2Thetotalthicknessofsuchouterlayers,includingthethicknessoftheadhesivesused,shallbe≤0,4mm
